2. SMS MESSAGING SERVICE
Patients may receive SMS messages from their healthcare provider through our platform related to:
- Appointment reminders
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment changes or cancellations
- Other clinic-related notifications
Message frequency may vary depending on the patient’s scheduled appointments.

3. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Patients can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP
After sending STOP, the patient will receive confirmation that they have been unsubscribed from SMS notifications.
4. HELP INSTRUCTIONS
For help regarding SMS notifications, reply: HELP
or contact the healthcare provider directly.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Healthcare providers using the platform are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent from patients before sending SMS notifications
- Ensuring patient contact information is accurate
- Using the platform only for legitimate healthcare communications
6. MESSAGE DELIVERY
Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including mobile carrier availability and network conditions.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PayFastChat shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, or damages arising from the use of the messaging service
